Common questions about TuringDock Payments
- How fast does my supplier actually get paid?
- On your first payments, the moment your funds reach us your supplier is paid within the hour. Once you've made three clean payments you unlock Instant: you hit pay, your supplier is paid immediately, and your wire settles to us over the next day or two.
- Do I have to pre-fund or park money?
- No. Nothing is pre-funded, parked, or locked. You wire funds only when a purchase order exists, and they move straight through to your supplier. There is no deposit and no proof-of-funds balance to maintain.
- What does it cost?
- One flat, transparent fee per payment. No FX spread, no correspondent deductions taken along the way, no per-wire charge. TuringDock Payments is in public beta and the exact fee is being set with the first cohort of customers.
- How do the trust levels work?
- Payments get faster the more you use them. Tier 0 (first payments): you wire when a PO exists and your supplier is paid within the hour once funds land. Tier 1 (after three clean payments): instant, your supplier is paid the moment you hit pay and your wire follows in 24 to 48 hours. Tier 2 (as you grow): net terms, pay today and repay in 30 to 60 days.
- How does my supplier receive the money?
- Their choice: USDC to their wallet, USD to their offshore or Hong Kong account, or their local currency via licensed payment partners. They pick a payout preference once and every payment follows it.
- What are net terms, and when can I use them?
- Net terms let you pay a supplier today and repay TuringDock in 30 to 60 days, lined up with when your goods land or your receivables clear. They're underwritten on your own payment history inside TuringDock, and they're coming for established customers.
- Do I need to use TuringDock's MRP?
- Paying a PO lives inside the shop because it needs the order context. Getting started is light: forward a supplier list and your suppliers are on your canvas, each with a pay button, in an afternoon.
