Email intelligence

Forward a customer email. The quote is already drafted.

Your workspace gets a private address like quotes@your-workspace.turingdock.com. Send it any forwarded RFQ; the bot identifies the customer, matches every line to your sellable catalog, and writes a draft Quote you can review and send in under a minute.

How it works

One forward, full draft

You hit Forward in your inbox and add quotes@your-workspace.turingdock.com. That's it. The bot pulls the original sender as the customer (not you), parses the body and any text attachments, and matches each requested item to your inventory catalog.

What it can match confidently becomes line items on a draft Quote with prices pre-filled from your standard sell prices. What it can't match goes into a "needs review" section on the same draft, never silently dropped.

Customer auto-creation, safely

New customer? The bot creates a record with status pending review so you know it's auto-created. Existing customer? Matched by contact email, then domain, then exact name, in that order. The quote drops onto the customer node on your canvas where every other order with that customer lives.

Open the customer modal, hit Accept, and the Quote becomes a live order with allocation kicked in. Same single-screen workflow as quotes you take by phone.

The thread stays connected

We persist the email thread itself, not just the parsed data. When you hit Email Quote (or Email Invoice, or Email PO) the bot drafts the body using your prior thread context, attaches the branded PDF, and logs the outbound message into the same thread. The next inbound parse picks up the full history automatically.

Lost the original email? Open the customer modal and scroll. Every drafted quote, every sent invoice, every reply is in one place.

Why this is the new age of MRP

Legacy MRPs make you copy the customer's RFQ into their UI by hand, then click through a quote wizard, then re-paste the line items, then export a PDF. Twenty minutes for a single email.

TuringDock meets you where you already work. Hit Forward; the quote is on your canvas before you finish your sip of coffee. The bot does the data entry; you do the judgment.
