Onboarding

Set up your shop in an afternoon.

Three ways to populate your canvas: forward an email, upload a file, or build node by node. The bot reads your data, asks about what's ambiguous, and populates your workspace in minutes.

How it works

Pick your door

Sign up and the first thing you see is a question, not a wizard: "Run my MRP" or "Save on international supplier payments." Both land in the same product; the door you pick tunes what shows up first.

MRP-first opens the canvas with the three ingest paths below. Payments-first runs a 4-step wizard ending in a savings estimate + beta enrollment.

Forward us what you've got

Each workspace gets a private email address like parts@your-workspace.turingdock.com. Forward a supplier list, a BOM, an MRPeasy export, even a casual list in the email body. The bot parses the attachments + the body, creates suppliers/parts/links, and DMs you when ready.

Ambiguous rows (unknown supplier, unclear quantity, fuzzy SKU match) land in the AI sidebar as a small clarification batch. Tap to resolve in seconds.

Upload a file directly

If you'd rather drag-and-drop, the same parser accepts CSV, XLSX, and PDF. Auto-detects TuringDock structured, Digi-Key, Mouser, McMaster-Carr, MRPeasy, Katana, and falls back to AI inference for anything else.

Same clarification-batch pattern. Whatever the bot can't place confidently gets surfaced for you to confirm, never silently dropped.

Or build node by node

Empty canvas? Tap + New node. Pick a type chip (Supplier / Component / etc.) or type plain English ("ATmega328p from Digi-Key, $4.50 each, 1000 in stock"). The bot picks the right type, creates related entities, and links them up.

Good for shops with under a dozen suppliers, or for adding to an already-imported workspace.

Why this is the new age of MRP

Legacy MRPs ask you to spend a week with their implementation consultant to map your shop into their schema. Then you spend another week training your team. Then you find out it doesn't do what you thought.

We let you forward an email. The bot does the mapping. Your shop appears on a canvas you actually recognize. The whole loop closes in single-digit minutes for a startup of any reasonable size.
