How it works

Inventory Valuation, as of any date

I walk every stock movement up to your chosen date and extend each line by the standard unit cost. The total is your inventory value at that moment in time. Year-end snapshot, audit support, insurance estimate. same report, different date.

The summary at the top names the single biggest line so you know where the concentration is. The detail table sorts by extended value and exports clean to CSV.

Revenue, COGS, Margin. on ship, not on quote

Revenue lands when the goods leave the dock, not when the customer signed the quote. COGS uses the unit-cost snapshot we lock at first shipment, so when your input costs move later, your historical margins don't drift.

Default range is month-to-date. Margin %, total revenue, and a row per shipment with the customer name and SKU mix.

Tax Summary. quarter-end without a spreadsheet

Your workspace default tax rate times your shipped revenue, with per-customer tax-exempt overrides honored automatically. The summary at the top tells you the total collected for the period plus how much sat exempt.

Default range is the current calendar quarter. Drop in any range and the rows + totals recompute.

Why this is the new age of MRP

Legacy MRPs ship reports as flat tables and leave the interpretation to you. You open a 600-row CSV, you stare, you build a pivot, you call your accountant.

TuringDock opens every report with my one-paragraph English summary. You either trust it and move on, or you scan the rows to verify. Either way you spend a minute, not an afternoon.
