How it works

Both sides, one screen

Receivables on top, Payables underneath. Each is bucketed 1–30 / 31–60 / 61–90 / 90+ days overdue against the agreed payment terms. The eye finds the 90+ bucket first because it gets the loudest color treatment. the rest are quiet.

Drill into any row to see the underlying customer order or supplier invoice. Record payments without leaving the page.

The chase email writes itself

Tap Draft follow-up on any overdue row and I write the email body using your prior thread context with that customer. Subject line, tone, and reference to the invoice number. all drafted. The latest Invoice PDF attaches automatically.

You review, edit if you want, hit Send. The outbound message logs back into the customer thread so the next inbound reply picks up the full conversation.

Why this is the new age of MRP

Legacy MRPs put AR aging behind three reports. You export, you sort, you copy customer emails, you draft chase notes in your inbox, you go back to the report.

TuringDock puts the chase one tap from the aging bucket. and writes the email for you. You spend a minute, not an afternoon.
